Who's Going:

Chris: (Fri-noon@springs)
Hello all, I am leaving Salinas early friday morning, around 7 am, and heading straight for Tahoe. My plan is to be at the Rubicon Springs Friday late afternoon, and setting up a base camp. This will leave Saturday, and Sunday for day runs to Buck, Spyder, little sluice ect. I will be heading up Cadillac Monday morning, and coming home. I am going this route in order to hook up with my brother. When I read everyone elses plans I will know where to meet the group. See you all there, Chris.

Terry and Amy: (Fri-noon@springs)
We are leaving hollister around 12:noon on thursday, going to the springs that night or camping on the trail and going in on friday morning. we will probably go in with chris and his brother and maybe tony.

Dan Peck: (Fri-noon@loon)
Jackson, Barb and I plan on heading out early Friday morning. We will
meet Eli, Steve, Johnnie, etc. at Loon NLT 12:00 noon to run from Loon out
to Tahoe. I am open through Monday if folks are wheeling all 4 days, but
I would like be off the trail and to a Bar/TV by 5:00p.m. Monday night
for the season college football opener - Miami vs. Florida State.

Eli and Judy: (Fri-noon@loon)
I plan on leaving Friday morning and was going to go in from Loon Lake and head to Buck Island Lake to camp and then the next day head to the springs and camp there. However if everyone is just going to go in from the Lake Tahoe side I could do that as well :).

Steve: (Fri-noon@loon)
I plan to run the trail from Loon to Tahoe. I will be leaving Thursday. Have a reservation at South Lake Tahoe Motel 6 for Thursday night ($48.59 + tax). Friday AM start the trail at Loon. Sunday night -- another reservation at South Lake Tahoe Motel 6 ($83.99 + tax). Motel 6 informed me it will be OK to leave my tow vehicle in their parking lot from Thursday through Monday. Also said Shana dog is welcome. If you have a tow vehicle and plan to park it at Loon, be aware that parking rules have changed. Parking may be difficult. Steve

JohnnyB: (Fri-noon@loon)
Me and my dad plan to do the same as Eli, as his departure time is good for us and we want to run the whole trail from end-to-end. Leave Friday at about o'dark hundred hours. Arrive Loon Lake late morning and begin trail. Camp at Buck Island Lake on Friday night. Proceed to Rubicon Springs on Saturday. Spend Saturday and Sunday night at the Springs with day trip to Big Sluice or Old Sluice. Exit via Cadillac Hill on Monday.

Robin: (Fri-nite@springs)
Since I have to work Friday, I will try to leave as early as I can. I think I am going to head to the top of rubicon and park the trailer at the staging area, then come down to the springs that evening or early Sat. morning. I'd like to camp at buck Island at least one night - not sure if it will be Sat or Sun. I'll be headed back up cadillac on my way out Monday either way.
